Whoa! The Baltimore area has got one smokin', succulent, and savory food truck servin' unique Peruvian eats to the East. The Delisha Peruvian Cuisine food truck is based out of Windsor Mill, MD and is the first 100% charbroiled Peruvian chicken kitchen in the region.

Owners, Yvan Rodriguez and Marco Llaza, started sharin' their family-friendly food to customers and events in 2021, and so far, they're havin' more than a little fun. This place is popular for everything from workplace events to weddings, birthdays, and even food fests. They're stoked to share their passion for Peru and its unique gastronomy with folks like you. Original, authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and family-run goodness are found in every corner of their truck (for any kind of big event comin' up!).
