Ribs are smoked in a smoker and we use our own dry rub.
Pork and sweet sausage mixed together. Bacon is wrapped around the mixture in to a log. We roll it in brown sugar and smoke it for approximately 5 hours
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Smoked pork to a tenderness then pulled. We place the pork on a bun.
Brisket is cooked for 12 - 14 hours and cut to perfection
Smoked Chicken Breast
These are large chicken breast marinated in a bar B Q sauce and cooked to perfection
Ribs: Baby Back or Spare Ribs
Ribs are Slow cooked and smoked
Jalapeños with cream cheese, brisket rolled in bacon then with brown sugar and smoke for two hours.

This is a mayo based cole slaw freshly made.
