Ribs are smoked in a smoker and we use our own dry rub.
Pork and sweet sausage mixed together. Bacon is wrapped around the mixture in to a log. We roll it in brown sugar and smoke it for approximately 5 hours
Smoked pork to a tenderness then pulled. We place the pork on a bun.
Brisket is cooked for 12 - 14 hours and cut to perfection
