Sakaya Kitchen has launched mobile food truck Dim Ssäm à gogo. Chef/Owner Richard Hales is taking his Mission “No Frills Just Good F’n Food” to the streets of Miami. The mobile menu includes the best old school eats from Sakaya Kitchen and the popular “Dim Ssam Sundays” brunch. Dim Ssäm à gogo also uses natural beef, poultry, and pork, organic dairy, and supports local farmers like Swank. Build a banquet through the popular Dim Ssam Sundays ½ sized portions or just say “double me up” for a full size chow down.
