Doc, a proud Hot Wing connoisseur, began to feel bored with the lack of variety of local wing flavors and quality. Eventually, he realized it was up to him to revitalize the wing scene with his very own recipes. He formulated four original gourmet flavors; Hot, BBQ, Honey Mustard & Orange Citrus- the likes of which have never before been tasted. He got himself a small fryer and started slinging out his wonderful wings from his front yard. He quickly advanced to large fryer status, and that’s when he really made a name for himself. With the help of his loyal fans and his rising social media status, Doc’s Wings were suddenly in high demand. In the winter of 2016, Doc took flight with his very own food truck, and now it’s the top spot in Van Nuys for delicious Wings and your choice of Cheese or Chili Cheese Fries!
