Dutch Boys make Fresh Stroopwafels and Indonesian Rice Bowls to bring people together. I, Dries here, started the company to perfect festival food. I am a former beer brewer and event organizer that wanted to vend food at large-scale events because I enjoy the rush, the stress, and the environment of music festivals. My upbringing in Miami and The Netherlands exposed me to some of the best events in the world. I realized food was an afterthought for many event organizers. Dutch Boys began at Smorgasburg Miami and has since vended We Belong Here and Florida Groves. We are eager to participate at more events to expand our customer base. What makes us special is our attention to detail, Unreasonable Hospitality, and sustainable first approach. We use organic ingredients that are locally sourced, where possible, and we try to operate emission-free. Of course, it isn't possible to be carbon neutral, but we do the best we can to. Our offering is simple and nutritious, unique and delicious. The fresh stroopwafels are made on-site with our speciality stroopwafel iron, the Bali Bowl was developed to be made for everyone, and we offer Indonesian Iced Coffee too.
