East Side Cheesecakes is the brainchild of Julia Tokarz and Gregory Lay, two actors and filmmakers who moved from the grind of NYC to the sun-kissed scene of LA. When the pandemic hit, Julia saw an opportunity to launch her own business using the fresh cream cheese that Greg had been making at a now-famous bagel shop, combined with her mom's Christmas cheesecake recipe. And the rest is history!
