Eggroll Monster is a food truck based in Denver, CO serving up massive, half-pound eggrolls that fuse Asian and American comfort food into one crispy, crave-worthy bite. Founded by Tong Heu, whose lifelong love for eggrolls inspired a menu like no other, this mobile kitchen is all about reimagining familiar flavors with creativity and flair.

Each eggroll is stuffed to the edges with hearty fillings that span across cultures. The Cheeseburger eggroll combines premium ground beef, red onion, and cheddar jack cheese, while the Philly Cheesesteak version brings sirloin, peppers, and provolone together in a golden shell. Other fan favorites include the Chicken Fajita, 3-Meat Pizza with marinara and mozzarella, and the Ka-Yo, a Southeast Asian-inspired option made with ground pork or chicken, red cabbage, and wood ear mushrooms.
