What is the story behind your business' name?

The name Fire and Rice came to me at a family bbq, where we were grilling over an open flame with a pot of rice steaming nearby. Someone joked, “All you need is fire and rice,” and it clicked. It reminded me of fire and ice, but with a twist—because in food, “fire” isn’t just heat, it’s flavor. It’s that first bite that makes you say, this is fire! And just like that, the name was born.
