US Army veteran, Michael, spent 13 years working in the Denver, CO public school system before deciding to give back to his fellow veterans at Full Battle Rattle Deli. Partnering with the Culinary Arts Boot Camp for Veterans, Michael helps vets find their footing by employing them at his catering business: great food for a great cause.

Early risers can enjoy a number of breakfast sandwiches served on bakery fresh kaiser rolls and stuffed with fillings like eggs, bacon, sausage, and of course ample amounts of cheese.
