During his 12 years in the restaurant industry, Eddie Escobar developed his own repertoire of recipes that merged Mexican, Asian, and American cuisines. Eventually, he decided he was tired of working for someone else and decided to get into the food truck game alongside his business partner, Diego Zometa. So, Go Fish House was born. What started as one truck grew into a fleet of four cruising across the Santa Clarita, CA area catering for events ranging from the Rose Bowl to the Teen Choice Awards.
