What is the story behind your business' name?

As native of Colorado, Scott Cychosz, has always loved the unique western flavors of Colorado. The smell of charbroiled meats, the sight of local fresh vegetables and the scent of roasting green chilies makes the mile-high-city, one of the best places to dine. In 2020, Scott, was able to turn his passion into a profession with his food truck, Grill Rescue, offering a Colorado BBQ Cuisine. Scott, is ready to rescue you from your hunger pains. And, as a tribute to Fire-Fighters, who rescue others everyday, Fire-Fighters, Eat Free!
