This incredible concept was created by a mother and son team, Henrietta and Sean, who took Henrietta's home-cooked meals from Birmingham, AL and adapted them for the trendy LA scene. Whatever your favorite Southern meals are, they've taken those commonly found cuisines and brought a richness of flavor and easily served simplicity to them. Their original breaded blend can be found on their mouthwatering and juicy turkey strips, chicken wings, and spicy mayo-tossed shrimp. A lasagna-style mac n' cheese with layers of cavatappi pasta, a five-cheese blend, and a super cheesy crust is definitely a must.
