Yes, Hobachi is registered for catering and/or vending events on Roaming Hunger. In terms of availability, we don't manage their calendar. The best way to find out if they're available is to fill out your event information and see if they respond.

What is the story behind your business' name?

Hobachi is a Cambodian based food truck with a mix of Asian fusion. The recipes have been in Steve's family for many generations and we hope to spread this delicacy around the world as Hobachi continues to grow. We have a variety of meats to choose from, ranging from chicken, steak, and shrimp. Our signature dish is chicken and steak combo with rice topped off with a flavorful gumbo gravy along with our signature Hobachi dipping sauce. Our food is one of a kind and we created the Hobachi food truck in order to share this delicious cultural cuisine in the heart of Long Beach and soon the world!
