This Santa Clarita-based Mexican food truck is servin' up decidedly non-authentic Mexican flavors, choosing instead a flavorful and worldly vibe inspired by the owner's grandma who owned a small restaurant in the 1970s. Since 2022, this chef has been cookin' up their specialty Concha Burger, slow-roasted and charbroiled meats, and perfect plant-based options for the vegans and vegetarians in the house. How does a red chorizo patty topped with a beef patty and layered with two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and condiments on a brioche bun sound? Fabulous? We thought so!
