Chef Yaseen Ahmed of Super Smash Buns, Vince Shen from Georgia and Mr. Ahmed are the Three Musketeers of Hot Ding Chicken. The trio coincidentally met at the corner of Sunset and Vine. With little knowledge of each other, they took risks and spontaneously embarked on a Hot Chicken Culinary journey to become the next Hot Chicken home brand. Hot Ding Chicken is LAs first ever fusion of Nashville Hot Chicken and boba food concept. Nashville style hot chicken made from scratch using premium Halal meats.
