Inspired by years of traveling and tasting around the globe, owner, Jim Hartman, started servin' up vibrant ingredients to voracious customers and catered occasions in 2011. His and his son, Zach's, philosophy is to spread good vibes through good food!

Their signature fish tacos, burgers, burritos and bowls have garnered them over 17,000 Instagram followers—no small feat for a fish-loving food truck.
