About Kingcomo's Quesadillas

Ben and Miguel first met in high school. Sharing a love of all things food, they dreamed for years of someday running a food cart together. While they went to separate colleges, they never forgot their dream. After graduation, the two best friends returned to their hometown of Boulder, CO to make it happen. After a few years of saving, they purchased a cart and Kingcomo's Quesadillas was born. The menu specializes in all things quesadilla, from the classics to the innovative. You can grab a tried-and-true four cheese quesadilla or get a ‘dilla stuffed with anything from marinara reduction to pepperoni to shredded chicken doused in teriyaki. There are even dessert options.
