As the 2013 winner of Baltimore's Best Bakery and Cakes, chef Jason Hisley decided to put the sweets on wheels and deliver his handcrafted cupcakes and donuts to all of Baltimore, MD. After graduating and traveling Europe to learn the art of pastry making, Jason uses only the finest ingredients to craft his cupcakes, with a seasonally varying menu.
Daily, find favorites like chocolate fudge, carrot cake and vanilla. But if by chance you catch La Cakerie's food truck in the summer, you may find cupcakes in wholly original flavors like margarita, watermelon and cotton candy.
