Founded in 2021, this food trailer quickly became a staple at breweries, distilleries, and concert venues, powered by a massive wood fired oven that turns out thousands of pizzas a year. What started on wheels has grown into multiple brick and mortar locations, but the trailer still brings the same energy and crave worthy pizza wherever it parks.

The menu centers on Neapolitan inspired classics that keep things simple and satisfying, including tomato, cheese, and margherita as flexible foundations for customization.
