Las Brasitas

Las Brasitas and their accompanying food trailer Mango Mexican Grill strive to honor some of the first Mexican restaurants to grace San Jose, CA back in the ‘90s. The goal isn’t just providing great food, although they do so in spades. The folks here look to bring a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere to patrons, making it the perfect pit-stop for quality eats combined with a chill vibe sure to lift your mood. The menu sports tacos and burritos galore, each one stuffed with savory meats and tangy cheeses all sprinkled with a generous dose of cilantro for an extra kick of robust flavor. However, there’s ample opportunity to try some traditional Mexican cuisine you may not have sampled before here. There’s loads of straight-off-the-grill fare. You can nab slices of steak sautéed with bell peppers and slathered in ranchero salsa. You can grab a plate of succulent shrimp drizzled with an earthy huichol sauce. Love oysters? Get ‘em stuffed with octopus, shrimp, and cucumber here. If your mouth is watering reading this, then what are you waiting for? Get out to Los Brasitas and grab a bite. Or, book Mangos Mexican Grill for your next event. Either way, you’ll be happy with the decision. MUST TRY Shrimp Empanadas - Buttery, flaky empanadas stuffed with juicy shrimp.
