TORTAS

All tortas come with choice of protein meat (Carne Asada, Al pastor, Pollo) refried beans on both side of buns, lettuce, a dash of mayonnaise, cilantro, onion, and our house-made salsa roja or salsa verde. Very authentic and delicious!

PAMBAZOS

This is MEXICOS FAVORITE! Our famous Pambazo is made in a fresh telera bread which is submerged in our house made guajillo sauce(non-spicy) grilled to perfection and stuffed with chorizo con papa (potato and chorizo), topped off with sour cream, lettuce, cotija cheese and signature salsa.

California Burrito

French fries, Melted jack & Monterey cheese, asada, crema mexicana, guacamole, house-made salsa roja

TACOS

Carne Asada, Al Pastor (pork) Pollo (chicken) , Cochinita Pibil Served with cilantro , onions, housemade salsa , limes and radishes

QUESADILLAS

Flour tortilla, stuffed with a 2-cheese blend (cheddar and jack), prepared with any choice of meat or plain cheese, topped off with cilantro and onions.

TAQUITOS DORADOS (FLAUTAS)

Hand rolled tacos dorados, choice of chicken or chorizo con papa (potato with pork), served on a fresh bed of lettuce, sour cream, cotija cheese and topped with signature salsa.

CARNE-ASADA FRIES

Hefty handful of fries served with carne asada and topped off with sour cream and Chef's freshly made guacamole sauce.

CHILAQUILES

Fried corn tortilla chips tossed in Chef's special sauce (choice of red roma tomato sauce or green tomatillo sauce) and topped off with lots of sour cream, cotija cheese and purple onion lemon habanero mix. Option: add a fried egg or choice of meat.
