Our 14 year old dreamt about opening a hotdog stand since he was in 3rd grade, He is the "Lincoln" in Lincoln Dogs.

Illinois is known as the Land of Lincoln, so it's fitting that Chicago should be the home of Lincoln Dogs, a classic hot dog cart specializing in Vienna Beef dogs and backed by elite training at the Vienna Beef Hot Dog University. In short, these are no ordinary dogs, and they have no ordinary owner. Teenager Lincoln Burnell started this cart alongside his parents after becoming obsessed with Chicago-style dogs in the third grade. Now that's a passion for cooking' we're perfectly tickled to see!
