Julio and Llohan Martinez grew up in Zacatecas, Mexico, raised by hard working farming parents, recognizing the importance of good food. When they immigrated to the United States, they further honed their passion and their work ethic by working up from dishwashers to sous chefs at a local restaurant, and from there, the jump to owning their own food business was an easy one.
