Los Jefes: Next Level Eats is the product of a delicious love story. It’s run by a husband and wife who met long ago in Atlanta, cooking for a local restaurant. The attraction was instant but they started off as friends... until Cochinita Pibil (pork roasted in banana leaves) entered the picture and their relationship was taken to the next level. This Yucatan-style dish is so savory and fragrant, it’s basically cupid’s arrow... but even better because it’s edible.
Today they share their love and passion for food and each other to bring you the best Mexican cuisine this north of the border...along with many world-inspired specialties too. Their entire selection is handcrafted from fresh, quality ingredients, from the tortillas to the guacamole and salsas (you gotta try the pineapple mango), and everything else in between and beyond. Their menu features appetizers (including Italian antipasti and prosciutto-wrapped roasted asparagus), entrees & party trays (including chicken wings in a variety of sauces, chorizo mac n cheese, BBQ brisket, etc…), desserts (fresh-baked cookies, cakes, blondies and brownies), and of course, their signature tacos. These handmade creations are quickly becoming famous for the epic flavors of each element. Fillings include Jamaican-style jerk chicken, cochinita pibil (ooh la la!), chorizo & chipotle-lime potatoes, carne asada, to name just a few.
