What is the story behind your business' name?
When chefs Ben and Jodi were due with their first son years ago, Ben gave Jodi the nickname "Mama Jo" and it stuck. Ben used the nickname to personalize corporate catering events he was running, using Jodi's biscuit recipe, and focusing on southern BBQ. Years down the road, the couple decided to use the name and theme to open the food truck Mama Jo's Biscuits & BBQ.
