Mi Corazón Taqueria owned by Imelda Zamora born and raised in Toluca, Mexico, since I was a child I realized that the most important time as a family was sharing time during the cooking time where all the woman are together spending the best time of the day and the dinner time where all the family members share time with good food. There was a seed in my heart the love for the food, in 2018 I moved to Massachusetts and after pandemia I found the opportunity to open my own Bussines Mi Corazon taqueria this was my moment to bring an Authentic Mexican food with the Mexican taste, where every single bite makes you travel to Mexico. I was m formally trained at The Culinary School at Colegio Superior de Gastronomia in Mexico City and with Experience  cooking at Westin Boston Waterfront & Marriot Hotel now I own 2 Mi Corazon Food Trucks cooking from my heart bringing the best Sazon ( seasoning/ taste) from Mexico to us right here in Massachusetts  If you have the opportunity to try real Mexican food you can’t miss the Birria Tacos, a Mexican soft and tasty beef stew.
