What is the story behind your business' name?

Charlotte’s from Louisiana, born in New Orleans, and raised on Cajun cuisine.

About My LOUisiana

Run by husband and wife team David and Charlotte, My LOUisiana is bringing a taste of New Orleans straight to the heart of Phoenix, AZ. Louisiana native Charlotte developed a love of food and cooking from a young age, her grandmother and mother teaching her the art of cajun cuisine. She’s now sharing these recipes at events across Arizona. Suffice to say, this trailer’s a welcome respite for those with a stark aversion to all things bland. The menu is packed with hearty N’awlins classics. Treat yourself to a warm, comforting bowl of jambalaya or shrimp étouffée, for example, or go for an old-fashioned street taco zested up with cajun flare. Pair your main course with a slice of crawfish cornbread, grab some bread pudding for dessert, and enjoy a full-flavored feast. Sound like perfection? Then book My LOUisiana for your next event.
