What is the story behind your business' name?

We have always had a "Knack" for making sandwiches, so we took the acronym NAC (which is short for North American Catering) and made our truck into the NAC Truck!

About NAC Truck

NAC Truck is sticking to American culture and cuisine. How is that exactly? Well, this food truck comes from North American Catering Company, carrying on the tradition of giving its clients exactly the food they want, exactly the way they want it. Let freedom ring, so to speak, and you're free to create the meal of your choosing. Customization aside, NAC Truck has a big menu full of delicious choices. Visit 'em to start your morning right, and you're getting a hearty breakfast sandwich made up of a variety of breads including bagels, english muffins, and croissants paired with classic meats like bacon and sausage. That, or a breakfast wrap, and even an omelette are available to you. Or vary up your boring old lunch routine, and give NAC Truck's menu a spin. Build your own sandwich and up the game with their homemade tuna and egg salad, or get a hearty hot sandwich like a meatball sub and veggie melt. Oh, and they've also got a chicken caesar wrap, and a build your own salad option. And honestly too much to list out here.
