Pacific Owl is giving Los Angeles, CA Cali inspired eats on the streets. It's in the namesake, after all, and this food truck's bringing gourmet grub and laid back vibes to a curb near you.
Just what's cookin' at Pacific Owl? Tacos, burritos, and a variety of specialty eats on the streets. We'd call it authentic Mexican food, but that wouldn't even come close to describing what deliciousness is in store. Take, for example, their The Pacific Standard taco featuring tender grilled shrimp morsels accented by cilantro crema, pickled jalapenos and crispy beets. Or their big ol' Surf & Turf burrito, chock full of steak, shrimp and queso fresco. They've even got vegan ceviche mixing cauliflower, pico de gallo, avocado, fresh beets and sea salt together for a flavor you won't soon forget. Really, it's all good at Pacific Owl, so why wait? Find 'em in LA today, or have 'em out to cater your next event. Trust us. It's well worth it.

Kalifornia Greens - This refreshing salad features a bed of California kale topped with strawberries and sunflower seeds with queso fresco in a dill vinaigrette. Can you say yum?

It’s in my genes at this point. I really like being in the restaurant industry. I like the hustle and bustle. I like dealing with people. I encouraged myself.
National Food Truck Day at Roaming Hunger.
The crispy poke tacos. We do yellowfin tuna. We take a wanton chip and make it into a taco shell, fry it on the truck, and top that off with a little bit of spicy aioli.
