FARM POPS

Fruity Mexican-style ice pops made by hand with all natural ingredients, local and organic whenever possible. Imagine sorbet on a stick - but better. Our menu changes with the local harvest; after event is booked, Parfait will reach out with a list of current flavor offerings. With enough advance notice, we can also source most fruit if there is something that appeals to you that isn't currently in-season.

NICE CREAM BARS

Creamy ice pops made by hand with all natural ingredients, local and organic whenever possible. Imagine an ice cream bar on a stick made fresh just for you. Our menu changes with the local harvest; after event is booked, Parfait will reach out with a list of current flavor offerings. With enough advance notice, we can also source most fruit if there is something that appeals to you that isn't currently in-season.

Our Own Chocolate Soft Serve

Made by hand and sweetened with Vermont maple syrup from Ackermann Maple Farm.

About Parfait

Parfait is reinventing the classic ice cream truck for the better, serving up gourmet treats at every turn. Here, they've turned classic into modern, old into new, stale into fresh... you get the idea. Parfait is a next level ice cream truck, and you'll only find it cruising in Boston, MA and beyond. Just what sets Parfait apart from the rest? Their premium frozen treats, for one. Here, you're getting their signature selection of carefully curated sweets, including made-from-scratch chocolate soft serve alongside paletas made from organic fruit and local honey. But that's not all. Parfait really ups the ante as far as ice cream trucks go, offering you the ability to customize your pops by dipping 'em into their beverages on tap. Looking for an upgraded affogato? Dip their chocolate fudge bar into nitro cold brew. Looking out for your health? Pop one of their fruity farm pops into kombucha. If all this sounds too sweet to be true, prove us wrong and find Parfait cruising in Boston, or have 'em out to cater your next event. MUST TRY "N'Ice Cream Bars" — Kind of like ice cream on a stick, you'll want to grab one of their signature pops, like their Mango Masala Lassi, or their Sichuan Five Spice Chocolate
