Passport Food Truck is the product of a husband and wife who put their lifetimes of restaurant work behind them to travel the world for nine months. When they returned to Boulder, they found a way to take 30 countries' worth of flavor and pack them all into one handy truck. Now Passport's gassed up and ready to serve Colorado its world-inspired fare, all in the form of near-endless tapas. Samosas, perogies and bao buns all find equal footing on the menu, and hum with a well-earned harmony.
