Our Superlicious chocolate chip cookies peanut free. Are you sick of trying cookies only to find out they're way too sweet? Well these cookies are designed for grown up tastes. Crisp outside, not too sweet, decadent buttery richness. They're big enough to share, but that's not mandatory either.

Gluten Free Rice Bowls (appropriate for gluten sensitivity but not gluten allergy due to cross-contamination risk) w/choice of pulled pork or bbq chicken

Client must confirm not a gluten allergy in advance of event. Choice of our Cuban-style cumin/garlic slow roasted pulled pork or our Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ pulled chicken over a bed of white sticky rice with some refreshing pickled shallots. Need guidance from client on quantity of servings to bring.

Vegan Option

Vegan Focaccia Flatbread Pizza

Our house-made focaccia flatbread, our scratch-made robust tomato sauce topped with vegan cheese, option to add spinach, red peppers, red onion, jalapeno. Need guidance from client for quantity of servings to bring.

What is the story behind your business' name?

After reading a book about earth ovens, we were inspired to build an oven ourselves. After months of painstaking work, we finally finished the oven. We were so excited to light it up but only to find out that it didn't work properly. We knocked it down and started to rebuild it when Ricardo said; 'this will be like the phoenix rising from the ashes'. After several more weeks of labor, we finished the 2nd attempt. Sadly that oven didn't work either. So we bought an oven and started making awesome pizza. The rest is history.

Phoenix Rising Pizza has fully risen to the occasion, serving greater Boston, MA Detroit Style Pizza and huge Superlicious chocolate chip cookies under their Crispy Square Pizza brand. What is Detroit Style Pizza? It's a rectangular pizza that features a fluffy dough base, generous mozzarella cheese, a caramelized cheese edge and a robust tomato sauce that goes on top.
