Pizzetteria Tarantini is a wood-fired food trailer serving authentic Italian pizza across Orlando, FL. Founded in 2024 after nearly a year of dedication, training, and vision, this mobile kitchen is the result of a shared dream brought to life by a small team and the mentorship of Alberto "Coco" Bartolomei. Rooted in gratitude and a passion for quality, every pizza tells a story that begins with tradition and ends with a crisp, flavorful bite.

The menu features both red and white pies, crafted with carefully selected ingredients imported from Italy and prepared using time-honored techniques. Classics like the Margherita come layered with Italian crushed tomatoes, Fior Di Latte, and fresh basil, while the Diavola heats things up with spicy soppressata and chili flakes. White pizza lovers can dive into the Quattro Formaggi, a rich blend of ricotta, Parmesan, Pecorino Romano, and Fior Di Latte finished with a touch of basil.
