Back in 2007, Larry Rhett decided to start a side business after 13 years in the semiconductor industry. Given he always had a strong passion for cooking, he decided to try his luck in the food industry with a good old-fashioned hot dog cart. Things started off small, Larry wheeling around San Jose, CA on weekends selling his fare. However, these franks were so good, things took off fast. Now, Larry’s side hustle is his bread and butter, Quick Dog a San Jose staple popping up at events around the city.
