Sabores de Mi Abuela's food truck specializes in a small menu of incredible and authentic Mexican dishes. This Aurora, Colorado mobile kitchen is run by a mother and daughter team who began bridging together their unique blend of Mexican flavors in 2021. Using the mother's recipes and taking inspiration from their culture and traditional foods, they've built a one-of-a-kind way to share time with one another and with customers.
