Inspired by the bustling food stalls of Soi 38, this catering service delivers a menu rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Had Yai, a town in Thailand’s Songkhla province. Every dish reflects a deep respect for tradition, using fresh ingredients and balanced spices to create a truly authentic experience.

Founded by Noppakate Donaldson, Sanook Soi 38 was born from a passion for real Thai food—flavors that go beyond the overly sweet, soy-heavy versions often found abroad. After years of perfecting recipes and working in Thai kitchens, she launched a food truck in 2014 and later expanded to a ghost kitchen in 2019. Her commitment to authenticity ensures that every plate, from fragrant Panang Curry to fiery Som Tam, stays true to the bold, complex flavors of Thailand.
