This dazzling truck is brought to you by Rik Micola and his wonderful wife, Mayme. He, with his Dutch-Indonesian heritage, and her, with her shared passion for Dutch-Indonesian dishes, decided to take it upon themselves to introduce Arizona to what they’ve been missing.
