Savory Saigon

Since 2007, Savory Saigon has been offering farmers market fans the opportunity to taste fresh Vietnamese cuisine, beverages both traditional (iced-coffee/Thai tea) and original (iced chai, ginger, pomegranate, mojito, watermelon & basil-seed), and a variety of delicious savory and sweet crepes featuring seasonal, local ingredients, such as Colorado peaches and greens. During colder times of year, this pop-up offers Vietnamese-style beef stew or pho. All of these offerings are made with healthy ingredients, free of MSG, and several options are gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegetarian. You'll find Savory Saigon serving their fine flavors at the Boulder County Farmers Market and Niwot Rock N' Rails.
