Tomato sauce, home made sausage, bell peppers, tomatoes, rosemary and cheese.

Roasted meats

Usually chicken breasts cooked with olive oil and fresh rosemary in our woodfired oven.

Smoked salmon (woodfired)

Salmon fillets slightly smoked and cooked in our woodfired oven with oil, lemon juice and dill.
