About Simple Soup N Sammich

Chef Machon spent 18 years working as a chef. While he was more than happy to work for others, he never shook the desire to own his very own business. His dream was to use his Georgia roots to hand-craft good old-fashioned comfort food for residents throughout his newfound home of Orlando, FL. Finally, in December of 2019, he decided to go for it. After purchasing and fixing up his own trailer, he took to the streets with Simple Soup N Sammich. The menu serves, as the name would imply, a bounty of soup and sandwiches. Machon is highly adept at serving exemplary examples of this classic culinary combo. You’ll find loads of gourmet soups to sample, form a smoky green chile chicken tortilla soup to a creamy variety chock-full of pepperjack cheese and broccoli. Once you’ve picked your soup, grab a sammie. A grilled cheese sandwich stuffed with a mix of Swiss and cheddar plus bacon, jalapeños, and tomatoes? What about a generously buttered biscuit topped with white meat fried chicken and drizzled in honey? Yes, please. Eager to sample this down-home fare?
