About Slam'n Sandos

Slam'n Sandos is a Denver, CO food trailer built on a decade of passion for creating sandwiches that stand out from the crowd. Founded by Chef George Braun, whose New Jersey upbringing surrounded him with some of the nation’s best delis and diners, this mobile kitchen takes the craft seriously. Every sandwich starts with custom-made bread, perfected to be the foundation for layers of rich, house-prepared meats, premium cheeses, and fresh produce.

The menu is stacked with flavor-packed creations like the 16-Hour Brisket with crispy shallots and pickled vegetables, the Korean Pork Belly with house kimchi and sesame cucumbers, and The Jerk, featuring citrus-habanero chicken with pineapple salsa. Classics get an upgrade with options like house-cured pastrami topped with gruyère and cabbage slaw, and the Gambino, loaded with prosciutto, spicy capicola, salami, and olive tapenade.
