Chef Matt Christie knew since the age of four he wanted to cook. His lifelong love affair with food led to culinary school and a subsequent job as an executive chef, a career that ultimately culminated in Streets On The Fly. Working alongside his wife Lauren, Matt is bringing Pittsburg, PA small dishes inspired by street foods sold in markets throughout the world.
