Swami's Sandwiches is serving up some seriously sensational sandwiches in LA. This food truck is all about the careful preparation of those handheld delights, incorporating gourmet ingredients on a seasonal basis that elevate 'em to a whole new level of delicious.
The best part? It's all available on the go, out of a food truck roaming the streets of Los Angeles in style. Here, you're getting an array of sammies to choose from, but buyer beware: they're constantly rotating to feature other gourmet grub, so best get your hands on 'em while you can. From a big ol' burger featuring a 6 oz. angus chuck patty on a brioche bun to the aptly named Mother Clucker, their take on the classic Nashville hot chicken sammie, rest assured you'll get your fill here. Not to mention fresh cauliflower tacos. Drool worthy? Absolutely. Find Swami's Sandwiches in LA today, or have 'em out to cater your next event. They won't disappoint.

Ram: On my own. I started blogging, putting up recipes.
Christy: He was a server and he’s like, “I can’t take it anymore.” He quit and we started the truck.
Ram: We wanted to do something on our own.
Christy: It felt feasible to go into a food truck. We’ve always talked about having a restaurant. This was a good segue.
Ram: I’d say my wife encouraged me the most, for sure. She’s always been a supporter of me going after my dreams.
Christy: Yes! That’s me.
Ram: Beyonce’s Coachella rehearsal.
Christy: They didn’t even tell us what it was for. We went in and saw the outfits and were like, “This is Beyonce!”
Christy: The Mother Clucker.
Ram: We have a vegan bacon cheeseburger. I come from a vegetarian family, so I always put quality vegetarian food on the menu.
