About Taco Juan

If you're looking for one good taco truck in Phoenix, AZ, we've got just the one: Taco Juan. It's a food truck that's got all your favorite Mexican food on board, with just the right amount of spice to spice up your boring ol' lunch routine. Sure, it's easy enough to claim authenticity when it comes to foreign cuisine. But Taco Juan backs it up in its use of traditional preparation methods and imported spices and seasonings that only add to that fresh flavor. From tacos and burritos to quesadillas and mulitas, you've got your choice of savory meats to fill 'em with, including carne asada, chicken and al pastor. They've even got exotic meat choices of the tripas, lengua and cabeza variety. What could be better than that? Well, maybe their homemade salsas, but that's pretty much it. Find Taco Juan in Phoenix to see just what we mean, or have 'em out to cater your next fiesta. Trust us. They won't disappoint. MUST TRY

Cabeza Burrito - tender, juicy cow cheek meat is loaded in a flour tortilla, chock full of potatoes, cheese, grilled onion and green bell peppers to tantalize your tastebuds
