Tailwinds & Tailwags Coffee Co. was born from my greatest loves - aviation and dogs. "Tailwinds" is a wish for smooth skies and good journeys ahead and "Tailwags" for the joy and loyalty our pups bring to every adventure. Together, they capture the spirit of what it is all about - good coffee, good vibes, and a sense of community wherever the road, or runway, may lead.

Run by a Blackhawk pilot and her two canine co-pilots, the truck combines a love of aviation and dogs with high-quality, locally roasted espresso drinks for markets, festivals, and corporate events across southeastern Wisconsin.
