Chef Gabe Madrid grew up in New Mexico, where food was a major part of his upbringing. As an adult, Madrid decided to pursue cooking professionally, landing him in a prestigious culinary arts program and eventually working under the guidance of famed chef Bobby Flay. Over the years, Madrid’s worked everywhere from Las Vegas to New York City to Washington, DC. Eventually, he landed in Phoenix, AZ, where he now runs his own food truck. A Taste of New Mexico brings a touch of Madrid’s home state to the heart of Arizona.
