What is the story behind your business' name?

Our vision was to introduce all forms of falafel: falafel bowl, falafel burger, garlic falafel fries, falafel tacos. We didn't want to just offer the traditional falafel.

About The Falafel Factory

From falafel to shawarma, this truck is bringing big, za'atar-packed flavors. At The Falafel Factory, everything is made from scratch daily. They're committed to delivering that homemade quality in every dish, making each meal a fulfilling experience and a healthy one at that. Vegetarians are being treated to their hand crafted falafel, made entirely of savory chickpeas that are then fried to perfection and served on a plate, in a wrap, or even on small sliders. Meat-atarians are able to sink their teeth into grilled chicken kebabs and tender kefta beef over a piping hot bed of rice.
