What is the story behind your business' name?
It's a tip of the hat to classic Americana and turn of the century history. Aside from being a silly name, the boxer or "Knucklehead" as we refer to him as, represents the fighting spirit during this time, where many cultures were living in close proximity and therefore creating a blend of flavors and techniques in food. A sandwich is still the most eaten meal in America, across all culture as everyone has their version. To me, a sandwich represents hard work, simplicity and effectiveness.
