Marc Kurnick spent decades cooking in upscale restaurants throughout the East Coast, but could never quite shake the desire to work for himself. Over the course of his professional career, he made many a mental note of which dishes would translate to the perfect food truck fare. On his own time, he tweaked the recipes he learned to make them his own. Eventually landing in Boulder, CO, he finally decided to pursue his lifelong dream with The Maine Event. Now, you can catch this trailer bringing a little taste of the East Coast to the heart of Colorado. Kurnick and his team use many locally-sourced ingredients to create their menu, which includes seasonal specials sporting an unmatched fresh taste. Here, you’ll find loads of seafood faves.
