What is the story behind your business' name?

I started as a catering company but after several years in the business and diagnosed with diabetes I decided to make my mission in providing diabetic friendly baked goods. Many people love sweets and especially for diabetics it's very difficult to enjoy a tasty dessert that will not spike your sugar level. With a love and passion for food which also love sweets, I made it my mission to come up with baked goods that anyone, including non-diabetics to enjoy sweets without feeling guilty that will affect your blood level. THIS IS NOT A CURE FOOD but it sure certainly will help enjoy one of the many good things in life, sweets.

We're a dedicated farm to table culinary team with a love and passion for food, providing delicious home-style dishes full of flavor. Our commitment is to prepare and cook dishes that will meet and exceed your expectations. We customize meals for your event as well as with certain guests who have specialty diets, food sensitivities and various medical conditions at no extra cost (some restrictions apply). Using quality fresh ingredients from local farmers, we're able to serve appetizers and three course meals rich in flavors. Our cuisine capabilities are: American - Italian - Mexican - Tex/Mex - Barbecue - Puertorican - Cajun and more.
